The objective of this program is for students to learn about how to build modern and flexible management models to give the best response to the increasingly globalized world of companies and businesses. Therefore, the objectives go beyond the specific learning of some tools, and focus on allowing students to face in the broadest possible way the different elements and problems of current businesses and companies.


Solve the leadership and application needs of business strategies that arise in different international contexts

Recognize the characteristics of international markets and businesses and judge the opportunities that the company may have as well as the threats that may arise both from international activity and from not doing it

Analyze in the itinerary of international companies, emerging markets, ways of entering the markets, international finance and marketing
