MODULE DESCRIPTION

The objective of this program is for students to learn about how to build modern and flexible management models to give the best response to the increasingly globalized world of companies and businesses. Therefore, the objectives go beyond the specific learning of some tools, and focus on allowing students to face in the broadest possible way the different elements and problems of current businesses and companies.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Apply the system of decision-making necessary for the management of human resources and organizational systems of companies

Analyze the financial and accounting systems of companies and demonstrate skills in their application for business management

Recognize the needs of customers and design the necessary marketing actions for the company to adapt to what customers can buy
