Kolumbus is the largest mobility company in Stavanger. The last couple of years, they have extended their services from bus and ferries to electric citybikes and more. They are now planning to offer “car as a service” for businesses at Nord-Jæren - using Hyre as the deliverer of the solution and fleet of cars. The project is now being tested through a pilot at “Innovasjonsparken” in Stavanger.
Solar energy plays a key role in the transition towards a fully sustainable energy society. One of the options is to develop fields with solar panels.
Our challenge is to develop effective ‘quadruple helix’ based innovation communities for health care in semi-urban regions.
Data streams are increasing tremendously. This is also valid in Care. Think of data from the regular ICT systems (financial, use of care, personal care files, analysis of care results), but also location and sensor data of employees and patients, external websites and numerous open data sources.
During festivals and events, visitors enjoy drinking beverages. Most of the time, plastic cups are used. These one-way cups are hygienic, lightweight and safe. But it also causes a huge amount of plastic waste.

How can we design, produce, market and maintain future proof housing buildings?
The solar panels are mounted on frames. These frames are made of Zinc coated steel. Our assumption is that this is not the best solution in terms of ecology, sustainability and businesswise. But we are not sure.
